Above Osvaldo Torres, Chilean folk musician and poet, observer and student of Aymara culture. Original member and founder of Illapu, Chilean folk music group. Osvaldo presented La Historia del Quirquincho and performed with other artists on 26th August 2011 at the Bolivar Hall. It was truly a wonderful concert organised by Movimiento Cultural Amigo Artista. La Paloma
